This module enables the user to view the email history.

To view the email history,

  • Click Functions in Main Menu Page, functions page will be displayed:

  • Click Email History, Email history Page 1 will be displayed:

  • By default the current week will be in Select Dates, user can change the dates from the list.Its mandatory field.

Note: In From and To date will automatically populated as per the selection of date in Dates. Except for Custom Date

  • Select the type from Module Type list. Its mandatory field.
  • Click Submit to view the history. Email History Page 2 will be displayed:

  • Click Mail Body to view the email body.
  • Click Attachments in Email History Page 2.The File Download window will be displayed,Click Open to open the PDF file. To save the file click Save. To close the window, click Cancel.
